• Delivery pricing is based on distance, service area, freight type, and timing. Local deliveries use flat base rates, while regional deliveries are priced by mileage and may include return service mileage. All pricing is disclosed prior to dispatch.

  • Our standard business hours are:

    Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    Deliveries scheduled, accepted, or performed outside these hours are considered after-hours service and may be subject to additional fees.

  • Local service includes deliveries within the Bossier City–Shreveport area, generally up to 50 miles. Deliveries beyond this range are considered regional.

  • Our regional pricing is built around the fact that our primary service area is Bossier City–Shreveport. When we accept a regional delivery, the service necessarily includes return travel back to our service area after the delivery is completed. Return location is Shreveport, LA.

    To keep pricing fair and easy to understand, we use a single blended round-trip rate rather than separating loaded and return miles.

    Here’s how it breaks down:

    • Loaded mileage: $1.50 per mile

    • Return mileage: $1.00 per mile

    When averaged together, this results in a $1.25 per mile round-trip equivalent rate.

  • Regional deliveries temporarily remove the vehicle from our local service area. Return service mileage covers fuel, time, and repositioning back to our base so we can continue serving local clients reliably.

  • Yes. A $50 after-hours service fee applies to deliveries scheduled, accepted, or performed:

    • Outside 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (weekdays)

    • On weekends

  • Yes. Deliveries performed on recognized U.S. federal holidays are subject to a $75 holiday service fee. The holiday fee replaces the after-hours fee and fees are not combined.

  • No. All pricing is disclosed prior to dispatch. Any applicable minimums or service fees are communicated before the job is accepted. The only time there may be a fee after initial quote is finalized would be excessive wait times, re-delivery, or material handling changes at pickup or delivery.

  • For the fastest service, delivery requests should be submitted through our website. Our digital booking system allows us to track arrival and departure times at each stop and maintain accurate service records. You may also scan the QR code on your business card for direct access.

  • Yes. Contract pricing is available for approved business clients with recurring or scheduled routes. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
