How Pricing Works
At Rougarou National, LLC, our pricing is designed to be clear, predictable, and transparent. Every delivery is quoted using a consistent structure based on distance, service area, freight type, and timing.
All pricing is disclosed prior to dispatch — no surprise charges and no on-the-fly fees.
Hours of Service
Standard Business Hours
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Deliveries scheduled, accepted, or performed outside these hours are considered after-hours service and are subject to additional service fees.

Local deliveries are priced using flat base rates by distance and include direct, point-to-point service with no freight co-mingling.
0–20 miles: Starting at $25
21–35 miles: Starting at $35
36–50 miles: Starting at $45

$1.25 per mile (round-trip equivalent)
Regional deliveries are treated as dedicated service and may temporarily remove the vehicle from our primary service area.
Mileage is calculated from the pickup location and return to our primary service area.

After-Hours Service Fee
A $50 after-hours service fee applies to deliveries scheduled, accepted, or performed:
Outside 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (weekdays)
On weekends
Holiday Service Fee
Deliveries performed on recognized U.S. federal holidays are subject to a $75 holiday service fee.
The holiday service fee replaces the after-hours fee. Fees are not combined.

Local Palletized Freight Pricing
Local palletized deliveries within the Bossier City–Shreveport area are priced per pallet and by distance:
0–20 miles: $65 per pallet
21–35 miles: $85 per pallet
36–50 miles: $105 per pallet
Pallet Loading & Unloading Requirements
Palletized freight must be loaded by the shipper and unloaded by the receiver using a forklift or dock equipment.
Rougarou National, LLC operates a cargo van without a liftgate.
Hand loading or hand unloading of pallets is not included.Improperly secured, unstable, or unsafe pallets may be declined.
Pallet Breakdown & Manual Handling
If palletized freight cannot be unloaded by forklift at delivery and must be broken down into individual items, a $75 per-pallet breakdown and manual handling fee applies.

Contract pricing is available for approved business clients with recurring or scheduled routes. Please contact us to discuss long-term service needs.
Deliveries that originate within the local service area but deliver outside of it are considered regional.
